About This Event
The mixed relay was introduced to major championships in 2017 and became an Olympic event at Tokyo 2020. India, Bahrain, and Japan are Asia’s strongest mixed relay nations.
Format
Four athletes (2M + 2W) each run 400m in any order determined by the team. Baton exchanges in designated zones.
