What is Handball?

Handball is played on an indoor court, which measures 40m x 20m and has two goals placed on opposite ends. It’s a super fast game involving football, basketball and quick passes and scrambling.
Basic Gameplay Rules:
- Each team has 7 players on the court
- Players pass, dribble, and shoot to score goals
- A player can hold the ball for only 3 seconds
- A player can take a maximum of 3 steps without dribbling
- Only the goalkeeper is allowed inside the 6-meter goal area
- Matches are played in two halves of 30 minutes each
