How the Game is Played
It’s played on a court similar to volleyball and consists of two teams. In the main format of Regu, there are 3 players per team on!During the main game, Regu, each team is made of 3 players. Players may not use their hands – only their feet, legs, chest and head.
- The game starts with a serve (called a “tekong” serve)
- Teams pass the ball up to 3 touches before sending it over the net
- The goal is to land the ball in the opponent’s court or force an error
