About Trampoline Gymnastics

Trampoline Gymnastics is a very dynamic sports discipline where there are involved skills of accuracy, control, and strength. The individual Trampoline events for the male and female athletes are aimed at giving them the opportunity to perform a 10-skill routine on the competition Trampoline at the Asian Games 2026.

Competition Format

The competition follows the official Asian Games and International Gymnastics Federation (FIG) trampoline format.

Men’s Individual Qualification

Each boy’s gymnastics routine is done as a qualification round, and the scores decide who will progress to the final.

Women’s Individual Qualification
