Women’s 53 kg Final Competition Format
The Women’s 53 kg Final is in the official weightlifting competition style, for large international competitions. The athletes will participate in 94kg/in the 53kg body weight category and try to get the maximum double jump score by performing the 2 Olympic lifts together.
The competition consists of:
- Snatch
- Clean & Jerk
Every competitor receives:
- Three Snatch attempts
- Three Clean & Jerk attempts
Only the best successful Snatch and best successful Clean & Jerk are counted toward an athlete’s overall score.
