We aim to correct factual errors quickly and openly.
How to report an error
Use our contact page and include the page address, the information you believe is wrong, and a source for the correct information.
What we do
- We check the report against official or reliable sources, normally within two working days.
- Significant corrections (a wrong result, medal count, date, name or record) are fixed on the page and noted at the end of the article with the date of the correction.
- Minor fixes such as spelling or formatting are corrected without a note.
- If a figure changes because official results were revised, we update the page and its “last updated” date.
