Editorial Policy
Asia Sports Hub covers sport across Asia: multi-sport games, continental championships, national teams and athletes. These standards apply to everything we publish.
Accuracy and sources
- Results, schedules, medal tables and records come from official organisers (for example the Olympic Council of Asia, continental federations and event organising committees) or from established news organisations, and we link to the source.
- We do not publish invented statistics, rankings, quotes or fixtures. Where information is unconfirmed we say so, or we leave it out.
- Every results, schedule or standings page shows when it was last updated and which time zone its times use.
Live and historical information
- We only describe a page as live when its data is being updated during the competition.
- When a competition ends, its pages are relabelled as completed and kept as a historical record.
Independence and commercial content
- Editorial coverage is not paid for. Some pages contain affiliate links; these are disclosed on the page and in our Affiliate Disclosure.
- Commercial recommendations are kept separate from results and news reporting.
Use of automation
We may use software tools to help draft or format pages. A person reviews facts, figures and sources before publication.
